Refund policy


At NOORAMO, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice

  • Products with physical damage caused by misuse are not eligible for return

To request a return, please contact us first through WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-built PCs

  • Opened software or digital products

  • Products damaged by improper installation or customer misuse

  • Items with missing accessories or damaged packaging

  • Special order items requested specifically for the customer

Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an incorrect or defective item from our side.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue, and our team will assist you as quickly as possible.

Warranty Support

Many products sold by NOORAMO include manufacturer warranty coverage.

Warranty duration and terms may vary depending on the brand and product type.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Electrical misuse

  • Unauthorized modifications

Custom PC Orders

Custom PC builds are assembled according to customer-selected specifications and are therefore non-refundable once assembly has started.

However, if there is a hardware issue covered under warranty, our support team will assist with troubleshooting, repair, or replacement according to manufacturer warranty policies.
